Great debut. These activities will also help in establishing stabilization skills with single leg bounds.... probably goes without saying given the exceptional demonstration. Keep up the great work.

Hi guys. I have a question - in first excercise, isnt it better to strike with opposite leg and arm (left arm up - right knee up, also keeping mind dorsi flexion on right leg)? This morning I was working on power incorporated to my running training so great video with lot of new exercises for me!

Ya'll are the first two PTs that I've come across that are proud of making a humbled income by drowning yourselves in some kind of delusion of grandeur with all that Dr talk. If no one else gonna suck it, you might as well. lol Ya'll worked hard AF to get that title. More power to you.

I‘am a regular Consumer of your content and i do get a lot of Inspirations for my work as a PT in Germany. But i‘am wondering of you did. the Overhead Reverse Lunge on purpose in an ipsilsteral arm movement?

Keep up the great Job you Guys are doing.

Great video, love your content! Curious to understand your thoughts on the SAID principle and whether these exercises are the BEST for helping me run faster. While these exercises may certainly help me run faster, I am unconvinced that they will help me to run my fastest. The law of diminishing returns can quite often make us give in to our human nature of being impatient, and cause us to want to try new things (hence these exercises) - however, my understanding is that the SAID principle will always hold true in that the BEST training I can do to become a faster runner will be to run. For example, a better way to continue to progressively overload would be to sprint with a weighted vest on, ankle weights, or a parachute (all of which also improve Power as adding weight increases work)

Good evening
It was the video I was looking for great exercises, I wanted to ask one thing, I would like to put these exercises in my training schedule, to start how many sets I should do for each exercise.
I have been trying for 2 years to finish 1km in 3:50 but I can't, can I ask for a training card to improve the run ??
Thank you

great, first comment. Thanks for the content guys. Really appreciate the variety of subjects covered.
Just a quick request, can u guys please a video on improving wrist flexibility in pronation and supination. I caused a bit of an issue forcing myself to do barbell curls, hence i no longer do that exercise, but I've noticed that I've lost some supination in my weak arm and feel some sharp pain in the distal radioulnar joint when trying to supinate. Have u guys dealt a problem like this before, if so is there a way fixing this issue?
