Went on Wikipedia to see what Article 2 was. In their short summary, it was not mentioned that the President can do whatever he wants. I don’t know what Trump is talking about.

What the Constitution actually says, and what Trump wants it to say, are two different things.

Ok. Who told him he has an Article II. Does he know there is an Article 1 and Article III. Has he asked why he doesn't have an Article I since he's the president. Does he know where he gets his Article II from? Apparently no one in the country talks about Article II. He discovered it all by himself, and it gives him the right to do anything he wants. (Unless Article I and Article III say he can't). Ignorance is bliss. Yes, and too much power corrupts.

Claiming Article 2 "gives (him) all these rights, on a level that no one's ever seen before" is his way of saying that he was entitled to powers not allowed to any previous President.

You apparently don't know that he's said this numerous times in the same way, every time. He didn't say that Article II gives me the power to hire and fire, he chose to say on numerous occasions that it gives him the power to do anything he wants. That is intentional. He even took it farther by saying that it gives him power on a level that no one has even seen before. Sooo, Donald Trump, the infamous non-reader, the man who doesn't listen to his experts, has found some extra power in the Constitution that no president or anyone else has ever seen. It's interesting that in our society, people are many times characterized by the words they say. We generally take them at their word. But when it comes to Donald Trump, many have decided to assume that the words he uses are not actually in alignment with what he means to say. Over and over and over. None are so blind as those who refuse to see.
