Actually, to unlock the D6 you have to kill *Isaac* with *Blue baby*
Edit: If you kill Blue baby with Isaac you unlock the D20 not the D6

tip for unlocking the keeper: lilith is a BEAST in greed mode, especially with car battery, habit, and 9 volt (of course there is the jamming mechanism, but this can still carry you for your first 200 coins or so)

The most annoying thing when unlocking the lost is when you take forever to get missing poster and when you get it, for the next 4 floors you don’t get a sacrifice room and then you die

just wanted to give a tip to completing the boss rush to unlock the forgotten, you can actually pick up an active item and replace it with the shovel to stop the mom feet from stomping you at all. the shovel will not disappear since you never actually leave the boss rush room.

just make sure you are holding the moms shovel when boss rush ends as the second shovel piece wont spawn if youre not holding the shovel handle. make sure you keep count on what wave you are to make sure youre able to replace your active item with back with the shovel again so it doesnt despawn.

i almost cried when i unlocked the keeper, it took me half a day of grinding continually to unlock it and it was so worth it. he’s become one of my favourite characters to play :)

2:39, there will actually be a bomb spawned somewhere located on the map after defeating the boss under a minute if you are currently at 0 bombs.

Repentance changed stuff.
Mom will still damage you even if you have pyromaniac or host's hat with the broken shovel. You can still cheese if you manage to get a run with Bethany or get the moving box. Mask of Infamy can now block the stomps if you're lucky.

important thing to note is that pyromaniac and host hat no longer protect you from the feet in repentance as far as i am aware, so you are forced to keep or running or fail. using the shovel will cause the said feet to stop spawning for the current room, so use it wisely in rooms with difficult enemies or during boss fights.
