Got this trinket randomnly in a secret room while in hard mode. Came close to dying before i could get to a sacrifice room about seventeen times before i was finally able to kill myself. Then, i remembered i had extra lives because of guppy's collar and 1-up, so i was then able to complete the run by going to delirium and beating him with one heart left. 👍

It sucks for me, I’m doing a play trough on my phone, and i only have rebirth as of now, and the way you unlock the lose is by dying multiple times in multiple ways and stuff and It sucks😭

After 2 moths trying the good way, i have to try 2nd method... I just unlocked the forgotten

I died in a sacrifice room with the missing poster and the run ended with out unlocking anything

i don't get it, several times i would get the missing poster, kill myself with the spikes, and nothing happens
