Macros Taco Meat 2 servings: 639 calories, 21C, 27F, 97P
400g ground beef 95/5
100g onion
200g tomato sauce
15g tomato puree
1/2 tsp each oregano, garlic powder, paprika
1/4 tsp each cumin, chili powder
Salt, Black peppe

Every serving contains 200g beef, 50g onion, 100g tomato sauce and 8g tomato puree. Spices really depend but I would add about 1 tsp of spices per serving. Taco Meat lasts in the fridge for up to a week.

Felu. At the start of this year I commented on a video of yours I had lost a few kg in a couple of weeks and then found your content.

With your recipes and other life changes. I have managed to lose 54kg going from 150kg to 96kg so far.

I have now started working out more to convert the last of the excess body fat to muscle.

The kitchen scale you recommend is unavailable. Could you, please, recommend another one which has this functionality to set the weight of a product as 0 and then show negative number when you take some quantity out of it? This is very needed feature (especially with cooking spray which otherwise you cannot measure) and the scale I bought doesn't have it.

This side of fitness is way better. No overuse injuries, no overtraining symptoms. You learn to manage weight and eat tasty food. I should have spent more time learning about nutrition. But I have took a class and i have to say it did not entertain my brain like learning exercise science
