Odd that the hazard lights began flashing exactly when they made contact. Usually there is a delayed reaction from the driver to turn on hazards. Seems like he was anticipating it.

Thinkware U3000 dashcam is pricey, but it's an amazing camera. I just got one a couple weeks ago. I upgraded from a Vantrue camera that was nothing but problems.

that's a junction road, there shoud be no slowing or stoping at any time when clear you can get both car's charged for motor offences.
