Over the last two days a video has gone viral of a unarmed Ukrainian prisoner of war being executed by the Russians. There is anger and outrage in the civilized world as Russia makes claims they need to look back on Stalin's success in the 30s and 40s and bring back his methods. Meanwhile the front line city of Bakhmut continues to hold as Ukraine gains new offensive capabilities like the JDAM-ER.

Hi Jake, thanks for yet another perceptive video. My wife and I were really amused by your reference to us here in the UK having to resort to eating squirrels. To be honest there are a few food items in short supply at present but these are mainly salad items like cucumbers and tomatoes, meat (not the wildlife type) is in good supply. And that's a good thing because where we live in the city of York squirrels are a bit of a rarity. Rabbits and pigeons are, however, readily available. The grass verges of the ring road around the city are home to hundreds of rabbits and our roof is the favourite roosting spot for dozens of pigeons so, if the worst comes to the worst, we wouldn't necessarily starve.

All that Russian propaganda on Kremlin TV is utterly pathetic. And what makes it worse is that it adopts the principles outlined in Orwell's 1984 and turns them up to 11. I find it hard to believe that any of the pro-Putin pundits/idiots that you show on your channel really believe any of the rubbish they spout.

Im lost for words seeing those kids being stolen I feel sick to my stomach. Those poor children. I cant even imagine that is absolutely disgusting and a new low even for orcs. I pray the children will be returned and the kidnappers because that is literally what they are punished for what they did. My friend's father lived in Kherson under occupation. He was delivering food for the people, Russians shot his car and took it. When central heating was out, he used gas stove to generate some heat. Fortunately, he is ok. His buddy went to the village to take some food(many Ukrainians have houses in villages-dacha), he was stopped several times and all food was stolen by Russians.
