When I was a kid I downloaded this random free game, it wasn't one of these kinds of games but the Sonic talking to you reminded me of it. Anyways, it was a spy kind of game and you get a fake phone call to give you your instructions for the level. Though as a child (and adult but we can ignore that part) I am very anxious getting calls, so I sat my phone down by my side and let it ring for like 5 minutes until I realized it was just the app doing that.

What tipped me off that I didn't notice in my phone-induced anxiety is that the caller had a name and icon of some stock photo of a woman. I was like "hey wait a minute, there wouldn't be a name and face of someone I don't know. Oh, I'm still in the app." I think I didn't even get past the first level because of the mixture of it not being fun and how money-hungry it was. Yes, I would like to pay you money to speed up your boring and lazy game!
