I think in the first game the boy is a hand because if you notice the girl was changed from a regular girl to Wednesday Addams so they probably decided to change the boy to Thing, which is the hand character in The Addams Family
Mobile games do this a lot where they change their characters to look like the characters in any media that is currently popular to get more people to play

My Story is extremely similar to Lily’s garden, even down to the opening cutscene.
It could be considered a gardenscapes clone too, but mostly gameplay stuff.

I noticed that the 2 characters in the first game are based on the Addams Family/Wednesday, which is weird because it is the only mobile game that is not obvious with using copyrighted characters in their ads/game, at least until you unlocked the rainbow friends skin.
