This is THE SQUIDD, a channel devoted to telling boring stories BOLDLY. Automotive icons, car company calamities, supercar legends and underdog heroes. All told through the lens of The Squidd, automotive content creator famous for being a dude with bad hair.

When you see your first squidd video and have EVERY intention spending the next 10 hours going down the rabbit hole then find out it’s only several videos is heartbreaking to find. The reading, The writing. The edits, the clips, the info is absolutely second to none. When the squidd drops a new video, it’s a good day

The LFA is one of the only cars you would want to keep as stock as possible. You cannot make the sound any more perfect the way it is now

As a fan of the LFA I watched a lot of videos about this car. This documentary is by far the best.

What's crazy is people were unwilling to spend $300, 000 on this car back in the day, but are willing to pay $1, 000, 000 for one now.

Jeremy Clarkson: "The choice of any car that had ever been made ever, I would like a dark blue Lexus LFA...I am gonna say it, it's the best car I've ever driven.”

The sound of that engine at full chat is enough to make a grown man weep. It's so beautiful that it actually causes the heart to ache with longing. There can never be another.

Whats cool about the LFA is that every IS, RC, and even the LC that came after it now has LFA blood in it's design language. The shifting digital instrument cluster lives on in these cars and I'm excited to see what will come next from the new LF-R

Clarkson, Cammisa, Harris, and now THE SQUIDD. So nice seeing the torch passed to a generation of absolute car lovers and most importantly, documentarian.

I LOVE how you crossed the Mk.5 Zupra.
So subtle, and still loud as hell.

Your automotive stories mean a lot.

I own a 68 2000GT MF10, US model. I paid $42k USD for it in the early 90s, in excellent condition with just over 7000 miles on it. Best thing Yamaha has ever done! Now I need to add an LFA to my collection!

Akio Toyoda, Hiromu Naruse, etc. All those involved on the LFA project did/do not get enough credit for the LFA. It may not go a billion miles an hour like a hypercar, but the experience that is the LFA will be eternally phenomenal.

The LFA was the last breath of 80s Japanese Car culture. Thank you to everyone who made it possible.

Saw one in person. I’ve always been skeptical about LFA when it first came out. I always say there’s no way it could be leveled with the likes of Ferraris or Lambos. But when I saw one, it looks amazing, sounds great (addictive actually) and since it’s Toyota, expect it to be more reliable than most supercars.

I finally saw one in real life a few months ago at a car show and man let me tell you that car stole the show. I felt so privileged to be in the presence of such a masterpiece. It looked and sounded amazing

The LFA produces one of the greatest exhaust notes ever conceived

I'll be completely candid in saying that this was one of the many documentaries that made me fall in love with not only the LFA, but lexus as a brand. A year and some on I can proudly say the first car I've ever bought is an is300 F sport. A truly wonderful car from a wonderful brand. Never stop making these they are truly spectacular.

I can't even dare to estimate how much time it took to gather all the materials, videoclips, stories, write a script, do the voiceover etc. etc. Every video is a heck of a enjoyment, thanks so much for these, I truly believe this will be a 1 million channel soon at this pace.
