super awesome amaxing teaching sir. I corrected myself and did squat cleans 115lbs with so easy. I see huge difference. Going forward I add more weights setting new PRs coming years

Great cue. I’ve also heard lock down lats like someone is tickling you under your arms.

Here's what I never understand w/ the clean - surely if you impliment this technique rigorously your limiting factor becomes your lats? As an ex-Rower we were taught that hanging off skeletal frame was fine, the arms merely accommodate the ending of the movement (finishing a stroke or in this case getting under the bar). So I don't follow the logic that lat engagement helps with power development
