I Love Rise of Sky.... Given time I think Rise of Sky will be be one of those movies that becomes a Legend After the initial reactions die down.

Some of the Editing Details:
- The Open/Intro for this video : when Rey blows the transport... I added 2 lightening strike sound effects: 50% volume and at 70% volume.

- I also did Finn's custom voice. He only says " No Reeeeyyy " ( in Force awakens ).... but I used a sound editor to change it to " Noo... I did this to amplify that Rey is out of control and also extended his voice to yell longer to match the intro Motion Title Text

- The saber fight with Dark Rey is about twice as long because I cut with different angles to make it look like different strikes.

- In the Crossover saber fight when Rey is in Rens office and Ren is on the planet. I cut it to where she Instantly swings at him as soon as he says her name. That's NOT how the original movie goes and I think it's funny.

- The saber fight on the wreck of The Death Star : Starts with Ren crushing the Sith Holocron. I cut it to Rey instantly attacking... and the fight is ON!

- The saber fight on the wreck of The Death Star is also a bit longer and I cut it to where Rey instantly force pushes Finn as soon as she sees him to amplify her reaction time.

At the end of the fight on the wreck of the death star I included my favorite line in the movie script.. when Rey says : " I did want to take your hand... Ben's hand ". It is my favorite because this is the true story line. It is the beginning of Ben's return to the light. It is also a romantic reference to take one's hand in marriage. I think that would have been a great story line but after the train wreck of Last Jedi it was too late to tell it. People would have been outraged more than Jar Jar Binks.

It was difficult to pick clips and put them in order so the story comes out straight... plus a few of my favorite scenes... especially the one with Han ( That really blew me out of my seat the first time I saw it... and still gets to me every time I watch it ). I love how that scene ends because when Ben throws his saber to the sea it shows how he realizes The Dark side has taken Everything from him. For a Jedi or a Sith to throw their saber like that is a HUGE Statement. Ben is not just turning from the Dark.. he is THROWING IT DOWN !

Also, the scene with C-3PO is quite moving when you consider that human or droid... Memories are who we are... and for anyone droid or human : the sacrifice of memory is essentially death.

When Luke steps out was also a well done redemption. Both Han and Luke step out in Very meaningful ways. Like old friends stepping out from behind the red curtain. I thought those scenes were very well done.

I ended with Rey saying " Be with me " to show her at peace. Because I think it would have been an incredible drama for her to die at the end. I didn't want her to die ( She's too pretty ) but it would have been a deep drama and most people would not appreciate it.

I would have written it as.

- Rey dies fighting Palpatine...
- Ben tries to save her but can't... (and he's broken over it )...
- Ben returns to the the Skywalker farm ( Instead of Rey )
- Ben sets Luke and Leia's sabers on a mantel at the farm
- Ben Buries Rey at the Skywalker farm

Alright I know that this movie was terrible in the storyline, but from a VFX artist.... this movie has absolutely beautiful scenes including the landscapes, infrastructures, characters and weapons.
