I couldn’t pee and they knew I had shy bladder from doctor. Lost my job for 8 months, then I got reinstated and was able to take saliva test. Wish they just did that in the first place or give a blood test

At the test site they never gave me water, but we had water I did drink. Couldn’t go at all so I was sent to concentra, not a doctor that specializes. I already gave my family doctor paperwork showing I had a shy bladder. I then was not evaluated until a month later. I begged the whole time to get into a doctor and even said it should have been within 5 days.

Did they violate my rights? I see it as being discriminated against.

I have travel most of my life
I'm a truck driver
On a regular basis I will go most of the day without using the bathroom
I spent all day waiting to pee for a drug test
Everytime I have to take a drug test I have a hard time going because of my lifestyle of traveling
Because I'm a truck driver I have to get a drug test quite often over the years
So it's a really a pain in the butt for me to get drug tested

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only truck driver out there that has this issue

My company is having issues with drug addicts and people smoking weed in the shop they are debating on making the whole shop take a observed urine test. I am autistic and have mental health issues like PTSD from an abusive father when I was a toddler. Would it be reasonable for an employee to submit to a Salvia or blood test instead since this test cannot be tampered with in anyway. I rather not have a meltdown in my shop for one that would be embarrassing and two probably would get me fired. I do not take any drugs except for prescriptions which don't affect my work at all because they are only for asthma and acid reflux. I am a welder in the state of Pennsylvania so the laws are probably different than DOT. Pennsylvania has no regulations on how a drug test can be administered which means it is up to a an employers discretion unless they have truckers which have to submit their drug tests to DOT.

This problem is serious enough to either cause major depressive disorder or for someone to commit suicide!! Doctor's need to start taking this problem much more seriously and treat it as such!! You dont just throw a CBT book at a patient and expect them to get better instantly! You have to look at things that are triggering their anxiety whether it's diet lack of exercise etc small things but make some differences! Big reason why antidepressants don't really work on this problem too is because the serotonin is still too low!! If it wasn't too low this problem wouldn't be as bad as it currently is! Believe it or not you have serotonin receptors in your bladder muscles and if those are shot you can expect to have abnormalities in your bodily functions.

They told me they didn't know if that was good.Enough
I'm seventy years old and I need to know what happens if they don't renew my pain medication
I've never been through this before and i'm as scared as hell.Because it's seventy years old, I don't need to go through withdrawals
So do I go down there? The day that I run out of medication and sit in their office all day and ask them, what is the procedure and wait for them to call 9114 this 70-year-old lady?
