If your going to test for alcohol. A Lot of water does work.i passed a drug test 35 hours after drinking a 12 pack of budweiser.

Update- passed a drug test in less than 24 hours, last beer was at 6 in the afternoon. Drug test was 5:30 PM the next day. Drank about 8 16 Oz budweisers.

You’re wrong about the large amount of water before the test. It totally works. I did it when joining the army and it worked.

You can drink water, just take a multi vitamin the night before and three hours before the test . Vitamins keep your urine yellow.

Wish I found him sooner. I came back after my test (chugging water and going in) and thought immediately “it’s coming back as dilute” and sure enough it did lol. After just testing again, this time I didn’t drink a lot of water and just went in the morning after waking up, no chance of it being dilute. Thanks for the info Doc!

I have studied how to beat tests for over a decade. There's allot to this. Beating an instant is different than beating a lab. It's possible to beat both.

Ive been crying for 2 days straight. They told my my first drug screening was diluted. So i skipped my birthday weekend so that i wouldn't even have alcohol before the test the next morning. Then i held my pee all night and took it first thing in the morning. Mid stream, no water, first pee... and it was STILL almost entirely translucent. Ive NEVER done drugs in my entire life. And now i may lose the job of a life time all because I can't potty right?!

Hey Doc, can you explain how someone who hasn't smoked marijuana since 2017 and is randomly tested weekly by their employer receives a positive test? I know for a fact that this person does not smoke and isn't in a room for long periods with people that may smoke. This is the second time a positive test has come up and their job is on the line. At this point, I believe someone in the lab is doing something shady with the person's sample.

4:00 you don’t get a redo if your sample is too diluted 😂 after he just said you need to go back and test again if you’re too dilute. 2 dilutes= *negative test*

During a Radom testing FTA.
If you have low output of urine during tasting. 1.5 tube.
Then drink 32, 36oz of water and you still produce low out put of urine.
Why couldn't the testing facility accept the 2 separate tubes being that The temperature Reading was good...?

Hello Doc! I just failed a Random drug test and on the 1st of this month. I got terminated and now I’m here wondering what I need to do to clear my name because I don’t want any SAP Program as it means nothing to me.I still can’t believe it! I have NEVER used drugs before and I have no reason to. I’m so SICK and angry every time I think about it!

Dr. Nuesse, I don't think they always check specific gravity. I think often times they only test creatinine and pH, and then check specific gravity if either of those two are abnormal.
Edit: I'm talking for non-DOT pre-employment. For DOT I have no idea.

People, drink a shit ton of water, eat fast food, and take vitamin12 before your test and use the middle of your stream .

my urine result was negative and dilute and now my manager is probably suspicious of me...
i have never done drugs in my life so obviously i am not worried about my results but i didnt realize i had to be worried about how dilute my urine is.
i read "small muscle mass, being female, and exercise (when followed by increased water consumption) have been associated with lower urine creatinine levels"
dude...i am a female, i am thin, and i naturally drink a lot of water during the day but especially in the morning bc i get thirsty as heck. i also love coffee...but caffeine is a diuretic. to me it just seems like there's too many factors that can cause a diluted sample and it seems like people are instantly suspicious if it is. i think that's whack.
