Meghan honestly has no shame. It's pathetic to see her take Harry's event and center it around herself instead of just letting him take the reins and her showing her support on the sidelines. An event that was supposed to be about the vets turned into a photoshoot for her, and now the focus is on her crazy antics rather than on commemorating those who served.

Thing is it WASN'T founded by Harry. This is a narrative spun over the last few years. This founded when Harry was a working royal, with the help and coordination of now the Prince and Princess of Wales. IMO, gave Harry something to do and he was the Royal patron.

Walking in front of the parade was incredibly disrespectful, as was using veterans as props for photos. She was swanning about, blowing kisses, running over to take photos with fans as if the Invictus games was a Hollywood movie premiere, using the microphone to humble brag about being a great mother, completely taking the focus of the veterans. Meghan seems to believe that everything can be created with smoke and mirrors, actually doing the work is not necessary. She flits from project to project looking for quick clicks and gratification. We don't see her as a solid presence in any charity. They 'partner' with different charities (which seems to mean attach their names to work other people are doing) and then we never hear about it again. Had high hopes for Meghan, but so far sadly disappointed.

I have a theory as to why Megs chose to march at the last minute in front of UK military personnel. Catherine, Princess of Wales, who just happens to hold several honorary commands in branches of the UK military. Just when you thought her jealousy couldn't get any more pathetic, here we are.

You're right that when Meghan was leading in that military parade it was excruciatingly awkward and embarrassing. I thought it would never end. Also squatting to have a photo beside the boy in the wheelchair was so disgustingly disrespectful. She not only did not ask him if it was ok to do that but afterwards she didn't thank him much less acknowledge him. She looked at the side of his head and raced away. ughh
