Jalen Milroe proved his old offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien correct when he told Jalen that he should pick another position to play besides QB.

The LAST two years Jalen has played against *ichigan in their bowl game let’s compare the results to find out where the issues are coming from.

Yes, Seth McLaughlin and Jalen Milroe had alot of snapping thoughout 2023 season. This trend continued in the CFP Rose Bowl semifinal against *ichigan. There were NUMEROUS snapping miscues from mistimed that lead to a bad play, a 16 yard loss bc the was over Jalen’s head, to the one everyone remembers the final play the low snap that changed the play and resulting in a loss.

Shortly after the loss Seth hit the transfer portal and was immediately pursued by THE OHIO STATE. Many Buckeye fans were perplexed because the starting center Carson Hinzman was returning.

Also everyone that saw the Rose Bowl would have not wanted to bring those issues to Columbus, when asked by reporters Ryan Day pointed out (CORRECTLY) "I know that was a little bit of a concern, I think it had a little bit to do with the (quarterback's) cadence or whatever. He's been doing great”

Ryan Day was proven correct when Seth without playing the entire season (injury) STILL won the Rimington Award, which is given to the best center in college football.

Let’s now let’s switch gears to Alabama who continued to have snapping issues this season. Once AGAIN these snapping issues were highlighted in the bowl game against *ichigan.

Jalen Milroe’s performance in this year in the ReliaQuest Bowl was dreadful! He had the EXACT kind of snapping issues that happened in last year’s game. It’s important to remember that *ivhigan was playing WITHOUT defense pick round picks Mason Graham and Will Johnson.

What isn’t talked about alot of MANY opposing coaches started PICKING UP on the fact that Jalen lines up differently before each play depending on if it’s a run or a pass play!!! It’s EASY to spot lining up with feet parallel to the line of scrimmage on running plays versus offsetting his feet on pass plays.

Anyone that know football realizes what a HIUGE advantage this is for the opposing defense. This is why we have seen a SIGNIFICANT drop in his production this year!

I wish nothing but the best from that young man and I’ve seen nothing but great things about him as a person. He is EXTREMELY athletically talented and there’s no question that he belongs on the field in the NFL, BUT just not at quarterback.

with a chance to have a great year. Jmil has held this team back for two years. I am excited about our future.

Never let the words Milroe and Lank ever be uttered again. So let it be written, so let it be done.

The problem with the team for the last 2 years is that we had a bunch of LANK cheerleaders in charge. Culture needs to improve quickly without that bunch. We need hungry players not players that have done time and have expectations that they are owed something. Now understand why Saban left more and more each day. To get beat by a team with no offense, and minus their starters shows you how much those guys cared. They mailed it in to get an NIL check as an obligation. Joke is on the fanbase.

Milroe was a classic case of Jekyll and Hyde... Feast or famine. He was either the best player on the field or looked like a guy that should be a backup on a division 3 School. Regardless he never showed development in terms of pocket awareness or footwork. Raw athleticism will attract plenty of NFL teams but his fundamentals are so poor that it's going to be an uphill battle

We finally get a qb competition. I m excited we haven't had this since Bateman and Hurts

One of the biggest problems I see for us next year is the fact deboer didn’t play any of our backups all season. We have zero exp at qb next year. Bama fans better brace themselves

I agree Ty Simpson should be QB1 and best guy 2nd. Ty has had 5 experience he's a 5 star, and he's remained loyal. He's quite not active on social media.

I’m curious to see how DeBoer will do this next season. I think he was pressured to keep Milroe in all games no matter how he played. And he should have been benched in the Oklahoma and Michigan games. Like they said, he’s gone, and now the spotlight is on DeBoer. This next season will tell us a lot.

I have faith in Ty! My questions are about Deboer, he seems to be a respectful nice man and that's what worries me!! Seems to be spineless to me! You know what, if spoiled players cant take coaching then we dont need them anyway!!! Its time to drop the hammer and toughen up Coach!!!

Simpson should be starter without a question. Watch how he moves the balll, spiral, placement, run game looks great when he comes in. Simpson should take first team reps all off season! On top of that Simpson could have gone almost anywhere in the country and started already. He had big time offers coming in and could have left last season and started last season but didn’t cause he knew he just needs 1 year as starter at bama just ask Mac jones.

In the end, Milroe proved that he loves the Tide by stepping aside.

Michigan last year and Ohio State this year are full of 4-5 year players with tons of experience. This is looking to be the reason for these teams now contending for National Championships

I think this whole season is a big learning experience for everyone involved. Now we just need everyone to do better next year. RTR

I don't think some of you guys realize how bad turnovers hurt a team's chances of winning. When you have a qb who turns it over multiple times in multiple games you are gonna lose several.

Why arent people talking about the Coaches doing some crappy calls

Tie NIL money to performance. Start FIRING PLAYERS by benching them if they don’t perform and their NIL money will be reduced. Let players go bankrupt in college before they get to the NFL. Bankruptcy in college will be a more valuable lesson than any remedial math classes they skip. Coaches have lost leverage and players are running programs like a disorganized cesspool as evidenced by the repeated penalties. I support DeBoer 100% however he needs to have his balls drop and start running this program like a business because that’s what it is now more than ever.

Maybe now Bama will have running backs run the ball and quarterback will actually throw the ball to all areas of the field

I love milroe and was a huge supporter but B.O.B said it for a reason and it was somewhat true. He was so up and down was so hard to watch him. I think if we would have had a true passer we could had went all the way
