Awesome. Off the back of your work my business and coaching practice have become more successful. I've turned away plenty and have a small number of high paying clients in Belfast - a city where people told me there was no place for high end coaching. Thanks Rich

You don’t have to have money to not be needy, you have to know who you are and your purpose, then neediness will disappear from the equation.. actually had to loose everything and stay with nothing for few years before becoming a good coach ... you are great and I feel we’ll work together

Absolutely agree. And every day I can why I got started. Luckily the day job I am in is where I realised I wanted to do this and where I can implement it back to my job to benefit more people so I don't even think about quitting. I am in a good place.

Good advice, but when do you coach if you keep your day job?
