Let’s make Christmas cake for your loved one with this easy recipe

Ingredients:
3 Eggs yolk
A little bit salt & Vanilla essence
3 Eggs white
80 gr Sugar
90 Cake flour
30 ml Milk
30 ml Vegetable oil

*Preheat the oven into 180°C and then reduce into 170°C
*Bake for 30 minutes. Remember to always check the baking by sticking a bamboo skewer.

Layering cream:
300 ml Whip cream
25 gr Sugar
A little Vanilla essence

*In case there is still cream leftover then you don’t need to make the topping cream below. Beat the cream until it become thick and you can use it for topping cream.

Topping Cream:
100 ml Whip cream
10 gr Sugar
A little Vanilla essence
