Writing your Employee Performance Reviews

Writing employee performance reviews is typically not an enjoyable part of the job for most supervisors and managers, but it's highly important to the employee and the business. Being in leadership for 15 years, supporting large teams, I probably wrote several hundred employee annual performance reviews. I’ll share tips to not only improve your review writing but also improve your efficiency and save you time.

Avoid definitive statements, focus on behaviors, give examples and data, acknowledge big accomplishments, keep it concise, and don't reinvent the wheel.
