I am totally crushing on my best friend. For me, if some man says to me in person that he isn't interested or i feel he isn't interested in me, i respect that and try my very hardest to move on even if i may have the biggest crush on him. He owes me nothing- not even a smile, friendship..nothing. Reasons don't matter and the explanations aren't necessary. I personally only ask that he deals with it in a mature and at least pay minimal respect. (i.e. NOT treating me horribly, saying horrible things about me or calling me names..etc. )

Actually- thats for all my relationship whither it be a friendship, romance or family relationship. Just because you feel strongly about someone or something, doesn't mean the other person has the same passion, right? Its perfectly ok to like what you like, but its not ok to force that on someone else.
