, Scientists say that in a fight between a Bengal Tiger and an African Lion there was a 90% chance the Tiger would win because his quickness, agility, and ferocity. Personally, I think it depends on each animal. Not all Lions are equal and not all Tigers are equal.

Lions mentality give them the the advantage over the tiger plus its only job is to fight an to the death the tiger has low stamina an have died from exhaustion fighting lions an if any care to look up there history when being keep around lions in circuses an zoos the lions kill a lot if tigers the tiger also has to wait to eat...tigers win when the loin gets old or starving lions have less body fat and are far more aggressive the tiger size doesn't really matter against them...they main his battle armor which leads to the lion being able the where the tiger down before going for the kill...but from what I seen the tiger biggest problem is it tries to lay on it back an fight which from what seen give the lion what it needs to end the fight

Your channel spreads misinformation. Scientifically you wrong. Tigers win due to their dexterity, larger size, stronger bite force, stronger paw swipes, more agility, can swipe with both paws on their hind legs, lions can only swipe with one paw due to their weaker hindlegs, Tigers have better killing instincts due to being alone and not having the protection of other tigers, it is self reliant. A solitary animal!. These match ups always are unfair, they put a fully grown male against a female tiger or they put a fully grown lion against a not fully grown tiger. So no a Tiger wins especially if it's a fully grown Siberian

Obviously Tigers are the kings of the jungle considering Lions don’t live in jungles 🤨

Even a tiger expert said if a lion and tiger would battle lion would win. He said tiger fight 2 minutes and lion would fight to death.

A male lion is the more experienced fighter. Tigers are solitary and don't have to fight each other on a regular basis like male lions do. Male lions are always fighting for dominance within their pride and against males from other prides as well. Tigers might have more experience killing game animals because the females in a lion pride primarily do the hunting but when a male lion wants to kill something he kills it at will! He also protects the pride from other predators. A male tiger only has to protect himself. I think it would be up to each individual cat in some cases and it could swing either way but on average I would bet on the male lion. Bite force isn't everything. Hyenas have one of the strongest bite forces in the animal kingdom and male lions tear them apart with ease on a regular basis. They also take on crocodiles that have the greatest bite force of all. There's a difference between having better hunting skills and having better fighting skills. I'll give it to the tiger for its superior hunting skills but the lion has better fighting skills.

Tiger wins 9 times out of 10.. They're bigger and stronger than lions and more importantly, more aggressive.

I'm Sorry but i did deeper research and your data it's incompletly and wrong in several points:1-The bite of the Lion it's between 960 to 1000 force (Not 650)Witch makes no real significance in Battles. 2: while the tiger have a stronger muscular force, the lion has a more bone strengh than tiger witch gives him strong stand, 3:The Lion it's 4 feet higher than the tiger around 3(Witch makes a lie to say tiger its larger) 4:White lions are admited for science been biger and stronger than Bengala tiger.5 intelligence for social skills in rule and protect over his pride are clearly higuer development of this than the solitary tiger and last and 6: it's a fake statistic to say that 95% of fights tiger win. Look closer the video 16 real history records fights between both and you'll find out that actualle lion won at least by 55-58% against tiger in arena roman and circus see the the top ten lethal lions fights(a.k a king Nero and king edward killings of many tigers.conclusion:tigger fans go to far ussing the cases famous where the lions were sicks or the 3 years older lion and the behind or distracted attaks when facts most tigger run away once they can't assasinate...kind like Ninja-Kung fu historical masacre

Tigers are bigger and stronger than lions but in past documentaries tigers seem to tire quickly and run away. The lion mane would always absorb the abuse from tiger hence lions would always 80% win. Even in lions battle they always fight to the death.

Almost everyone in charge of zoos today seems to agree that the lion will win in a fight with a tiger, but the lion certainly won't have it easy in all areas. Most people assume that the tiger is a bit larger, and perhaps this makes them think that the tiger would win in a fight with a lion, but during intense conservation research on big cats (since about 1980) some major changes were made to this idea.

Lions are very intelligent fighters, their entire attack is planned. The key to the lion's fight is that he manages his energy, allowing for elements of deception and sudden turns of great savagery. They are very common attributes in the lion. Recent studies suggest that lions apply less weight and force than previously assumed, in fact they may not apply any at all at times.

If you study the whole review without prejudice, you find that the lion's behavior is much more involved with the fight. The tiger may also generate more enthusiasm and has certainly attracted a greater number of researchers, but this does not make the animal any more feisty. All serious zoologists, bigcat zoology, understand that the lion throughout his life engages in terrible fights to the death. Most of the major debaters involved in conserving the African plains have had some experience with tigers at one time or another and have never encountered a tiger that differed in weight from a lion. Some zoologists strictly involved with tigers have a surprising lack of knowledge about lion behavior. The best qualified are zoologists who are involved with all carnivorous mammals.

Simply, the lion is an animal much more experienced in fighting, much more than other mammals. In a fight involving animals of similar weights, the less experienced fighter is likely to lose. Tigers do fight, but not as much as a pair of lions holding off an entire pride. They don't plan a confrontation, like a nomad lion does. They don't live in pairs, so they can't hone their skills during mating competition. They do not have a mane which is often used as protection in battle. If we ignore these options, we ignore zoology. All sorts of theories can be argued, and tigers can demonstrate great intelligence, some of the theory may even be appropriate in one area or another, but the bottom line is that the lion is a much more accomplished veteran in its ability to kill in a fight.

It has no weight disadvantage, we may have theories and rationale from passionate zoologists, but at the end of the day, the lion still has its mane around its head and neck, they can't take that away and they can't ignore it. They use their mane to cushion an attack, however aggressive it may be, holding out for about 2 minutes before their opponent's exhaustion, so that they conserve energy at those critical moments. The tiger is ready to attack at high speed and rest, his weapons are for that, instead of fighting. The lions have simply evolved at the rate of their attacks, regular combats created the ability to learn about the energy reserve and thus acquire resistance.

We are talking about a long-term effect in history, 10, 000 years would be necessary for the acquisition of this genetic instinct. The lion has the advantage would be my proper answer. Through the sexual dimorphism of the species, the male lion has evolved to specialize in the ability to fight, social life has allowed this specialization. Tigers simply couldn't afford to be so perfectly suited for the fight, they have other demands. They acquired certain traits that are naturally at odds with fighting, instead, they focused on hunting skill. Female lions hunt and provide food, the lion was allowed to relax in favor of other tasks specifically suited to his role in the social group. What it is basically to be fighting, in its essence.

Now, you have to accept it, in this lion vs. tiger thing, the tiger is fighting against an all-terrain machine, the tiger's natural fighting ability is less than that of the lions. This does not mean that on any given day a tiger cannot kill a lion, but the male of the lion species is the better boxer, unlike the male of the tiger species. To deny this is to ignore the amazing planet we live on and how it works.

Tigers are (or can be) bigger, more muscular, faster, more intelligent, bigger bite force, more capable at hunting on land (male) and in water (male AND female) and IMHO, far more energetic and far more intimidating, beautiful and all round more awesome than the Lion. The Tiger will usually back down from the Lion, because the Tiger is intelligent enough to know its not worth the risk of when pressed/forced to fight, from what Ive Tiger ultimately dominates the Lion and its the Lion thats looking for a way out of the fight. Tiger isnt relying on others for survival. It HAS to be a better all round hunter and fighter.

Stop lying about the bite force of a Lion! Lion is the only animal given the title as King of the beasts 🦁👑 from the beginning and there is a very valid reason for this so stop already!! 🤔🙄🤨🥴

Amazing how it’s even debatable. The biggest tigers almost twice the size of the biggest lion. And it’s almost blasphemy to say the lion is king of the jungle when it doesn’t even live in the jungle lol
