I rewatched the first error multiple times but it looked like the student did come to a full stop at the stop sign? I guess the student was suppose to stop for more than 1 second? I tried looking up the rules regarding how long you needed to stop but Google's top answer from the Ottawa Safety Council says there's "not a specify time amount for a stop to be considered complete"

lmao i had this exact person for my g2 test, I can just tell by the passive aggressiveness and his tone of voice. Man was of a African descent had sunglass and carried a garbage bag to every car.

i was turning right once and hesitated a moment. Thank God I did because a car just decided to change lanes right before and inside the intersection and would have crashed into me had i not waited. Probably would have been my liability too.

No first error there. 00:03 The student stopped at the first intersection. But if you mean he did not stop for 5 seconds or more then it's another case.

It is technically not illegal to change lanes in an intersection in Ontario, although there is good reason to still not do it.
