HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL BEEF TAPA

It’s finally here! Chef Tatung reveals his own recipe for beef tapa that the whole family will love. Some of his key ingredients for success: brown sugar, calamansi juice, and pineapple juice. INGREDIENTS
350 grams beef sirloin strips, pounded
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon liquid seasoning
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
cooking oil
For the yoghurt dressing:
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
salt
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
black pepper
1 small onion, sliced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 small cucumber, diced
turmeric rice
