I had septicemia when I was 1 and a half here's my story: (I'm telling this as it said septicemic plague)

I was learning to walk and was almost there until my parents noticed something. I was being dragged down by my knee and one time I fell and couldn't get back up. My parents took me to the doctors to find out I had septicemia in my knee. So I was rushed to the hospital and had surgery ASAP. The doctors said to my dad that they might remove the bottom half of my left leg but my dad said "my daughter is coming out of that surgery room alive and intact".

The surgery was a success and I had 2 legs. I had to stay in the hospital for a month with the doctors coming to my private room every day to give me a shot in my knee. Sometimes they would come twice a day. After that month went by I continued to learn walking with my 2 natural legs!
