Here's the problem for the Xenomorph, Deadpool does have regenerative powers but its nothing like Wolverine's. Instead of having a healing factor, Deadpool has a dying factor, in which his body is in a constant state of dying but his powers is in a constant state of healing. With the Xenomorph being in a nonconstant state of dying, versus the dying factor in a constant state of healing a body that isn't dying, brings the Xenomorph's dying factor leading to its own demise.
