The fact that all the yarn you own fits in thar small bin shows great self restraint, in my opinion. 😃

You could crochet all the mini projects together into a big blanket

Over the years I've come to the conclusion crochet is 2 hobbies. 1 of them is actually crocheting things the other is acquiring all the pretty yarn and notions

Please remember that craft supply PURCHASING is in and of itself a hobby…it’s a BONUS if you actually make the things😂. Great job!

My grandmother of 97 has kept record of everything she’s made since 1973. Now that she can’t do crafts anymore we look through her albums and revel in all the wonderful things she’s made. Please do keep track of it. It’s a treasure <3

Crafting rules: 1) We don’t talk about our stashes. 2) We don’t stash shame. These are mental health tools that have the power to make us a little crazy at times. 💚

The level of honesty you have with yourself is admirable. It's part of why I love your videos so much.

Purchasing craft supplies and crafting are two separate hobbies.

Getting more yarn is a crocheter's dream. Actually DOING something with said yarn can become a nightmare.
I feel ya, girl.

There is a word for this SABLE stash accumulation beyond life expectancy! It is enjoyable to look at, touch and think about what you will create the yarn you own. That is the beauty of yarn, it makes you happy before during and after using it! Don’t stress enjoy!

Girl, I literally have a wall of yarn. It's all in color order and takes up 16 cubbies that align my bedroom wall.

Don't worry that's true with most crafters! In fact my mom walked in on me organizing my yarn and said "Ohhh, Lord!". Then a few days later, we were talking on the phone, and she randomly said, "I have decided that if you buy any more yarn, I'm writing you out of my will. You have a problem!". I am 60% sure she was joking.😂😂😂

My Mom has been quilting for 45 years. Countless quilts, runners, Christmas Stockings, afghans… all so special. One year I went to my sister’s homes and took photos of everything she made. Took photos of the items she made over the 45 years and put them in a photo album for Mother’s Day. Now she’s 85 and can’t remember making everything, but it brings her joy to see everything she made knowing it is part of her legacy and her kids and grands love our treasures.

It’s adorable that your stash fits in one box you can lift with both hands😉😉😉

Lap covers are small blankets for people in wheelchairs. Nursing homes and hospitals use these because long blankets get caught in the wheels. It is a shorter project, so you get results faster! 😊

As someone who probably has like 12+ garbage bags of yarn, I truly think that you have great signs of restraint. You are now my role model xD
