I love the way baby blankets turn out with cocoon yarn theyre so soft and fluffy but good for air flow too so baby is warm enough but doesnt overheat!!

The ribbon yarn looks like coral, I could see a beautiful crocheted coral reef being made out of different colors styles of yarn!

I think the mesh or ribbon could make good edging on a garment made with regular yarn. Or in a wall hanging could add good texture. Just seems like they are more accent yarns than something id make a whole work out of

I remember 13 years agoe when these yarns were all really popular and then suddenly just stopped.
The one thing that people don't know, is that pompom and chenille yarns in general have a LIFESPAN. they WILL NOT last. They eventually just fall apart.

Make your project, wear it, love it.
