Thanks for this. Can you please help with a video around Edge and Authenticator? It's a little confusing. I've got edge on my iPad and iPhone and PC but when you toggle the switch on the iphone where authenticator is installed, it allows you to use edge or authenticator or both for passwords. And then what happens on the ipad where there is no authenticator, only edge? This is all very typical Microsoft confusing.... please help!

Ummm, click bait? You said you were going to show us how to setup and use the authenticator. You kind of passed over the setup and use part and jumped straight to Facebook. I downloaded the authenticator app, and have no idea how to use it. I'm still trying to login to my Outlook account, but can't because it says I have to use the authenticator app. I'm going in circles. How do I get outlook to ask me for the authenticator code?

Hello. I am having trouble restoring my iPhone microsoft authenticator app to my Macbook Air microsoft authenticator app. Is this possible as i cant find a way for it to sync or restore to my Macbook. On my iphone it is backed up to iCloud but it doesnt give me an option to restore from iCloud or my email on the Macbook app.

regardless of which app, is it possible to reverse engineer authenticator apps? Let's say someone has either physical access or remote access (via malware) on your phone and they got passed all the lock screens. So now they have the 6 digit authenticator codes, can they reverse engineer the app to get your password to your accounts/emails?
