Creamy chicken and gnocchi!

Here’s the full recipe! I’m vegetarian so didn’t try this but Alex loved it 😅🥲
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 small chicken breasts or 1 large
- 1 whole shallot
- 1 tbs garlic
- Cook these in another tbs butter if needed
- 1.5- 2 cups of broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 package of gnocchi
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 teaspoons paprika
- 1-2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- As much or as little Parmesan as you like
- Parsley and lemon optional!
If it’s too thin, add more Parmesan and if it’s too thick, add more broth! Quick note: I never measure things when I cook, so I just watch the videos back and see how much I used, so if the measurements are off, just use your discretion! 😅
