Creamy Chicken & Gnocchi

Creamy chicken & gnocchi

1 heaping tbs ghee or butter
1 large onion diced
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
4 cloves garlic minced
6oz baby spinach
Potato gnocchi
16oz chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
Spices: 1tsp or a little more of each of these
Salt, pepper, turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic & Italian herbs
Juice of 1 lemon
Shredded chicken breast(I used a lemon rotisserie chicken)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Heat ghee over medium/high heat add onion and sauté 5-6 minutes. Next add in tomato’s and cook another 2 minutes. Add in garlic and cook for another minute. You can lower the heat now. Next add in the spinach and cook until wilted, then add gnocchi and cook for another few minutes. Now add in chicken broth,heavy cream and spices mix well. Next add in shredded chicken and parmesan cheese cook until cheese has completely melted.

We live in the Rio grande valley and you're so right.. HOT.
We switched from gas stove to electric as the gas heated up the whole kitchen.. it was a battle of the stove and the AC!!

Ive just found this channel lol ive only watched a few video's but this 1 was just too funny cracks me up she should've put them to work n then made them drink hot coco or tea coffee ect n opened a 450 degree oven had them stand n front of it n said yes thats how it feels over the stove while im cooking especially if hot flashes are a part of ur life lol

Lol im in Tx too, SA. For some reason my ac works too good during the day, i have it at 78 bc it gets so cold in here. At night its hot as eff I put it dwn to 72
