InDesign Script Batch Export

JavaScript for InDesign exports a folder of documents to a variety of file formats. Video tutorial is Windows. Script works the same both macOS and Windows.

- Export ICML, IDML, JPG, PNG
- Export PDF interactive or print
- Option to update links and save
- Option to include subfolders
- Add suffix to output file names
- Adapt open source to customize or create other scripts

I have some experience with InDesign.... I thought it was enough to feel confident and process stuff relatively quickly. But as they say - a man learns all his life and still dies stupid ;) The script has a rather narrow scope, but this is absolutely not a flaw! It does what it is supposed to do, it is clear, very practical and effective. Thanks!

The best thing I've done to improve workflow efficiency!!! Saves so much time, thank Why they don't have this option to batch export open windows in InDesign, I don't know.

awesome! I landed on indesign to create a ton of individual PNG files (digital stickers). Is there a way to batch export only the objects themselves?

Is there an option to convert all fonts to outlines before export? If not, can this feature be added interested script or is there a separate script that can batch convert the fonts to outlines in multiple ID files.

Is there a way to export the different layers one by one but I need the other layers still turned on for all the export?

is it possible to place 10 id cards in a4 sheet automatically jpg, pdf, indd etc, frame size (ID card) 56mm x 87mm, Page top and bottom margin 10mm left and right margin 4mm Horizontal space between cards 2.15mm vertical space between cards 15 mm
