If the GPA retrieve keys command is not working....
Try this command on the command line:
gpg --recv-key 0x4E2C6E8793298290
It worked for me. However the GPA "server->Retrieve Keys..." worked for me too.
It takes about 15 to 30 seconds for me and I have a 300bps-down 20bps-up Internet connection.
If you cannot retrieve the keys, you are welcome to skip the verification step. It's not really a deal-breaker. The fact that they provide the signature and keys is a sign of good faith.

great video with clear explanations. I had a question about version 8. Besides setting the security slider to HIGH are there any other settings you recommend enabling/disabling before browsing the dark web? The options layout looks different then the previous versions and other videos use the older version as an example so the layout and features look a little different. In the old version of TOR for example under the appearance tab it was recommended to check TEMP allow and to uncheck allow scripts globally and Noscripts. I don't see these in the new browser version. Any help would be appreciated.

None of the GPG material worked. GPG is not recognised in powershell after install and the key was not accepted either. With no GPG installed I can't retrieve the key your alternate way. Running the Kleopatra version of GPG gave me a different key than what was stated as the signing key - it gave me 0xEB774491D9FF06E2 instead which is found further down on the signing key page but not any of the keys listed under the tor bundle release info.

Every time I try to down load Tor I'm told that this page is not available and I get a blank page all the time no matter which browser that I use. So it looks like I'm being Blocked all the time . I have always been able to download TOR no problem in the past so any Ideas you can give me please.

Hi, I'm having a problem, not only with this tor 8 but with 7.5 too, 98.9% of the sites I try to enter do not work, they take a long time loading, loading .... we can think ah may be a dead link, or something like that, but it is not, they are known sites deep as bb compendium for example, and this is only on my computer, because a friend of mine can enter without problems in his house ... I do not know if it is the settings of my modem or if they are blocked doors, anyway help please !!!

I pass the verification step of Tor Browser file because the developer key won’t work. Then, I install the tor and this is happened to me: Tor failed establish a Tor Network connection
