Sharing my personal experience- i used to have golden or yellowish hair on my face then i shaved 2-3 times after seeing videos like this and now my hair are growing back darker but not thicker but bcoz of black hair my face looks 2-3 shades darker especially my around mouth area and i need help to go back to normal state

The thing is if you already have thick dense black hair, it's going to be prickly like a men's stubble if you shave it unless you wax it cause the tip of the growing new hair would always be lighter and thinner than the rest of it so it won't prick so much (thought some said waxing stimulates the growth even more and might accelerate the appearance of wrinkles and cause soggy skin, if the Doctor could debunk or confirm that it would be much appreciated).
So it depends on the individual really, if you have thin fine hair then you aren't risking anything.

When I first started getting peach fuzz noi waited damn near six months cause I thought I was about to have a beard and I literally saw no difference from when my peach fuzz first came in, started shaving the peach fuzz it turned into thick dawn hairs also my entire family just has chin hair and can’t grow a full beard, 19 now with a full bear from side burn to chin on both sides guarantee it wouldn’t be like this if I didn’t shave

Yes it'll grow back thicker tbh I used to watch these type of videos which claims hair will not grow thicker after shaving and I shaved my facial hair by getting influence by them and guess what my hair growth increased and hair on my face got thick please don't do this

When I shave my arm hair, it grows thicker. Whereas, when I epilate or wax it, it grows thiner. And no, balding men needs hair to shave.
