I'm loving the possibilities with Streak! I'm currently using Mailchimp as a pseudo CRM (as well as email sender) but am interested in switching to y'all. Question: the people in the industries I target often switch jobs. Is it possible to change the company someone works for, either to an existing company already in Streak or a new company not in it, via a CSV import? And is there a way to remove said person from the old company via the same CSV import? I know you have a "update existing box with new data" button on the import but I'm confused if this will do the trick for what I'm needing. Thanks!

Hello there.

Could u answer this for me, please... I maybe will have a few more questions after an answer for this question below, I'm just starting using your tool, watching the first videos in order to config my first pipeline and then contact my leads from the email list I have and as they start to reply my first contact (after I downloaded streak) I will gather more info from them to organize it better and have more columns.

What if in my spreadsheet the only info I have from my leads are their email address? Will I be able to import them?

Hello, when I try to import my spreadsheet, it wont let me select the 'next' button on step "Choose Your Box Columns".. why is that? is it because I have a free plan and it blocks me from moving to step 4 of the import? frustrating if this is a bug or I'm doing something wrong :( Please Help! :(
