Hi guys ! i got a brand new one. And i can't even turn it on. No leds in earbud are blinking. I charge it for almost 4 hours, the charging case led is green. when i open it, i see a green light between the left and right earbud (that means there are full charged i guest). But when i try to turn it up... nothing. i try the tip on the the video, but nothing.
Can anybody have faced the same situation ?
