Older airstream are highly collectable in the lower 48 at any condition. Do yourself a favor a research it.

That Airstream is a piece of gold. It can be fixed up and sold or kept as a guest place for who ever!! Always nice to keep something like that because they were built so well!!

The airstream can definitely be redone and made to be incredible!

Word to the wise tear it down. Years ago me and my family lived in a mobile home that had mold behind the fridge that we could not see initially. Well to make a long story short my wife developed walking pneumonia followed by asthma and has had problems ever since. You have a beautiful wife and baby don't let them ever go in there again just tear it down it's not worth it. Don't play with mold the mold is going to win. Great video!

My late husband and I lived in an old airstream like that..the property looks like it was someone's dream that never was completed. You could fix up the airstream for a rbnb. Can't wait to see the rest. I've always wanted to go to Alaska.

Airstreams, new or old, are worth a lot! Maybe the most valuable thing on the property.

Airstreams are highly collected. Very valuable even in that condition.

It looks completely restorable it's metal frame. Practically got it already. You wouldn't have to do it tomorrow, but it looks completely restorable in a way that would make it just amazing. And there are groups online where they have completely redone old rotted out places and made them gorgeous. And the house from the outside looks good too. Take a lot of elbow grease to fix it up. But looks like you got yourself a heck of a deal.

Due to the mole, decay, structural issues, strip it bare of the things that can be used, and tear it down. You might be able to salvage some lumber out of it, if even only for firewood. Sometimes it is easier to begin a new than to try and fix someone elses mistakes, and generally cheaper too. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Hello from the UK. I love watching progress on cabin videos. I'm so glad your video popped up in my feed. Looking forward to seeing your progress and the ups and downs, I'm sure there will be many. Exciting times ahead.

You found gold, The Airstream has a huge following. Repair, refinish wouldn't cost much as it is 100 percent wrapped under and around in full aluminum. No other trailer is built like these. The sloppy wear and tear can be cleaned and repaired. Repaired they fetch 17-40k probably the most profit on the property investment.

That old camper is mint, definitely worth passing on to someone, they're worth money even in that condition

don't give up on that airstream!!! It's salvageable ❤ I've watched a lot of RV renovations, and to be honest, you guys can create your own memories with a bit of love and creativity. So, with that said, let's see in upcoming vidz (SIC) an airstream make~over 🎉🎉🎉🎉
😊😘

The old airstream, boat, etc. look like project pieces to me! The previous owners left behind some good stuff. BTW your dog is too cute!

I salute you folks. I was kinda scratching my head, you lads bought this house unseen and the first thing you lads did was check out the old boat and airstream first! Different strokes👍

The cabins might be saved, but you're better off looking at it once the snow melts. I did notice that it doesn't look like it has any windows, that would make a huge difference already. Will be a great project.👍

Don't get rid of the airstream. Slowly fix it up. I see big potential in that cabin you too! Congrats on the property buy!

OMG you have a Bouvier Des Flanders? I owned one for 12 years absolutely incredible breed. I actually chocked up when I saw your pup. So I’m going to be a regular viewer. Best wishes Cheers from Canada

you got a good deal all things considered. looks like the cabin has some good bones, so fixing it up might not be all that expensive. I'd be look forward to the project!
