Math 209 Lecture 2 - Integration review and ordinary differential equations part 1

Just throwing this up before I retire to bed :p

Description and annotations coming soon, including a very important annotation for the last maky-up example. The ideas were correct but the numbers were off with the hamsters example. The equation is not correct for a population doubling in size (I was thinking in base 2, but we were working in base e). I shall mention this in an annotation when I log on tomorrow and in the next class lecture.

Thank God I have this resource to my availability, Prof. Smith is one of the best professors out there!! Finally, I can understand what was being taught in my 209 class.
