Thanks for the info, but maybe you should script and plan your demo vs just jumping around. Overall great info, just some feedback that might help in future.

Hi Paul, I've got a few questions to ask as a CSR beginner.
1. Does a company give access to their database to aid in answering or resolving customers concerns.
2. Does Zendesk have a direct channel to communicate with customers asides the communication channels like email, facebook, twitter etc.
3. Who assigns tasks to CSRs ?
4. In getting signed up on Zendesk, will the CSR be assigned to more than one communication channel?
5. Does it mean that what the company does is creating emails for a CSR then the CSR responds through email or any communication access if given access.
