Hey Hi, i want to use the feature where if i comment on child ticket ( Side conversation)it should automatically gets posted on parent ticket, Only w.r.t comment, no changes in priority assignee
is it possible ?

Don't ever purchase Zendesk. This system is much worst than Jira Service Desk. Support is basically non-existent because the people in support have no idea about how the system works. One of the major issue is that Zendesk will not allow you to update tickets which are closed. Not even through API. This means that when you introduce new fields and you want to backfill old tickets for reporting, there is no way to do it. Very poor design. Its my data and I should be able to update what I want.

Zendesk is the worst ticketing system I have ever used and I used almost all of it. Zendesk cannot do absolute basics. For example Jira Service Desk is 100 times better ticketing system than Zendesk. Jira is more flexible, provides better customization capabilities and is definitely more user friendly. I would not recommend Zendesk to anyone.
