WHY CHOOSE TIFTUF?????
Показать описание
Gday old mate,
This week we my engineering occupation takes over and we have a crack at taking out the beloved Kikuyu! She has served me well but, its time to move on to something else! I agonized for a month or so on the turf selection and landed on TifTuf. My research indicates that this turf is a great variety for me here in the Radelaide Hills. Yew.
As indicated in the report below, it exhibited the best resistance to the 3 stresses tested through out a trial conducted by STRI. I am excited about the venture into a couchgrass variety here at my place and cant wait to see how she handles.
or (08) 8752 0908. The team was wicked mad helpful in assisting me in the selection in the right turf for my climate and needs.
If you are looking to remove your lawn please see below the methodology I followed;
1. Fertilize 2 week prior to removal with an organic fertilizer
2. Mow as low as possible WITHOUT Scalping. (Brown or dead appearance)
3. Mark out underground assets (Sprinklers or drainage)
4. Use turf Cutter to a depth were rhysomes and stolons are removed.
5. Chop Sod into manageable lengths 1m-2m
6. Wait 4 week for 1st glyphosate application
7. Wait a further 2 weeks for follow up application.
Righto, Ill chat ya ron
