What height of cut do you recommend for QLD Blue Couch? I try to maintain it at 45 mm but it usually results in scalp marks, despite mowing every second day 😐 Keeping it lower is difficult considering the amount of consecutive rainy days we’ve had this year in Brisbane. Dropping the mower 1 step below my regular height for a RESET just scalps the entire lawn which takes 3 weeks to heal. They say the bottom 2/3 of QLD Blue Couch is STALK and the top 1/3 is leaf, so it can scalp quite easily 😐 Grrrr… a very fickle grass to mow.

Got a question about barricade, I've got common couch that's being nursed back to health and I'm probably 80% there. I've got a few bare spots I'm working on that are slowly filling in, I want to put barricade down but I can't find out if it slows down the growth of the grass and affecting the progress of the bare spots
Any ideas?

You mentioned the depth of dressing for quite a number grass types but, you didn’t mention Zoysia. Did you just not include it or you don’t know. I would really like to know you thoughts, if any, on top dressing Zoysia. 👍
