One major mistake:
Test the screen before gluing it, if you glue it then contact the seller that it doesn't work then he will just say that you broke it during unprofessional instalation and he won't refund a cent...

Suggestion: Slightly longer cord on the charger. More slack in the tether may make handling the two devices less awkward.
