Well she forgot to mention depleted reserve tanks since 2020 pandemic plus government policies that stopped oil refineries plus oil tankers redirected to Asia/premium market which will happen again this winter just on a greater scale and I know nothing about geopolitics tho enough to know she’s cherry picking facts

actualy main problem is with french nuclear plants which are out of production. Till they dont come back in system there is going to be shortages. Hydropower is also very bad becouse of low rivers. everything goes ok for dwarf in moscow :)
