This was so validating! when we started fostering it was a big change from being a childless couple to having other humans in our home and recent placements were very extroverted. Like we met people on the neighboring street - that we haven't met in the 10+ years living here - on our first walk together extroverted lol and the physical "clinginess" like I'm really used to my bubble. I love the hugs, but grew up in a bare minimum hug family lol thanks for reminding us to honor ourselves and that being an introvert can be a good thing!

Wow, thank you so much for this video! This is so helpful for introverts, especially with setting healthy, loving boundaries. It was also very comforting. I’m an introvert, but I thrive on hugging and really missed it during Covid. I really appreciate your insight here.

LOVE it. So practical. So healthy. And so soothing for me as an also introvert parent.

Good video! As a introvert I am more worried about all the conversations and reporting with the child's case worker, your case worker, the agency, ect.... The thought of all those texts and emails and phone calls freaks my introverted heart out!
