I'd be satisfied if they just replaced crafted Yoshi with yarn Yoshi, it's more unique and actually looks good

Honestly a Woolly Yoshi costume with alts of different costumes from Woolly World would be neat, but the Crafted one shouldn't be discarded, just...fixed

For Luigi, there’s also Casino Luigi from Super Mario 64 DS and New Super Mario Bros.

For Ness, they could have Ninten as an alternate skin. Like how Alph is to Olimar.

Bayonetta is a great example of "too many options"
She already has a Jeanne based alt and the rest are just recolores. But there would be so much to choose from. All of the Nintendo/Amiibo costumes, a Jubelaus costume, a Madama Butterfly reference, a costume based on the "Joy" from the first Bayonetta
