So the surgeon couldn’t find my buccal fat pads at first. I had jaw surgery years ago, upper and lower and she said they wasn’t where they were meant to be. Much lower. It was a struggle but they got there. The one on the right was massive compared to the left. Honestly I am not surprised as I could feel the fat on my face. Anyways looking forward to healing. Gonna try and be upbeat about it. After all I wanted it done x

2:55 👏👏 Glad u said that my mom and grandma I adore them but yes I have similar face big cheeks and yes as they get older I see it it gets worst the buccal fat hangs and It makes them look older 10 years older once you hit 35 like the lower face males you look super old and like people would say stuff like you don't take care of your face but it's the heaviness of the buccal fat and the skin can't carry 😩 those buccal fat and the skin starts to hangs and strech down .. that's happening to me already I'm 29..I wish I could know this earlier so I could do it at 24 or something I'm still I'm my research..and finding the right surgeon in my area..I'm from the Valley of Texas ..I have done my breast as well..As for right now the painful 😫 one was lipo 360 my breast augmentation I didnt took pain medication because it didnt hurt at all just 2 days but decided not to take because it was just soreness like if you do push-ups that's it..but if get my buccal fat I edit and keep you all informed..

I had this done a month ago and love the results. However, the procedure wasn't a walk in the park. To numb the inside of my cheeks, it took MANY shots of anesthetic. Some of these pokes were painful. Also, as they cauterized the tissue, I could smell the smoke from the burning.

I don't find it very attractive. In asian faces it seems to draw too much attention to the cheekbone area and looks "off". This is a trend that will pass but the people who get it done will show the signs of an old trend.

i went to a doctor for a consultation he literally said there were no risks even though i prompted him several times to reveal anything but he was like nope ..he also said that you have to take the entire fat pad out you can't leave some in ....i don't know why he also said the space always fills with fluid and that is normal i don't know to trust him now because he said there were no risks i mean shouldn't he inform me?

I had mine too (2 years ago). Absolutely love it . I have to say the recovery is hard . Is hard to eat with the scar inside the mouth . Because of that I lost some weight as well.
