I don’t mind when celebrities have plastic surgery, that’s their life. The only times it bothers me is when celebrities claim its natural beauty. It makes young girls and even grown women feel awful that they weren’t genetically blessed that way.

So, I've been getting Botox or Dysport for about 8 years (usually twice a year). Showing one pic of her with forehead wrinkles doesn't mean she's never had Botox. She could have had it before and it wore off.

My nose looks thinner now in my mid-thirties than when I was in my twenties. I've never had any plastic surgery, but I lost my baby fat face (natural contour).

I like my nose. And the interesting thing is it did get thinner. It looks Much better after reaching 20 years old. So, some people say “this famous person definitely had a nose job” and I’m thinking maybe not. Maybe it was due to age.

Meghan clearly got her nose from her dad not her mom doc. Look at pictures of them together when they were younger

If you compare photos please compare two colour pictures and same facial expression. If one is black & white and the other is colored, one shows her smiling widely and the other one not. its obvious the nose looks different when smiling that wide. the other thing is the lightning which can make her nose look different, the other thing is make up.

Decades ago, I did advertising for two plastic surgeons. They told me everyone in Hollywood and modeling has had some kind of plastic surgery. As they put it, people aren’t that perfect. Not all of them have extreme amounts done but they said all do something. One of them relocated there later because of his opportunity to make more money there.

I am biracial like Meghan and I will say my nose has changed quite a bit, naturally, since my teenage years. It was once bulbous where now it is more contoured, similarly to Meghan. I've had family members joke that I had a nose job, but really it was my baby fat disappearing in all areas of my face. It looks like the same case for her, in all honesty.

I once did security for the late and gorgeous Florence Henderson. This was about five years before her death. She looked fabulous and 30 years younger than her natural age. Even though it was obvious she had had extensive work done, I couldn't help but comment on her appearance. She pointed to the sky and said, "oh, it's God." Baloney. God gave her a pretty face, but a skilled doctor and plenty of money kept her looking young.
