It still needs the pin after factory reset but you can also use your gmail address to unlock which is great. The only one whos mad at this tutorial are those who stole a phone and want to unlock it to sell it

So I just tried it on a old school j series even a j prime, and a series, and an s series. It won't work if it's got Android 13 and the latest October or November security update. It'll recognize a hard reset from the lock screen and not let you skip past the network connectivity window. You have to use an ADB Force utility on a PC in order to get it to work.

It does not work on my Samsung Galaxy A53. It is opening again to the lock screen when i press volume up and power button. I can get to the reset menu. Can someone please help?
