This is what i currently started doing since 300mg caffeine is a bitch much for me especially since im a little sensitive but didnt want to miss out on the full benefits of the ingredients

Yep. I do post jym on my days off. Keeps my caffeine in-sink. That way I'm not so jittery from taking pre when I'm not going to workout. 2-3 pre Jyms!?!! Holy... I'd be insane every hour of everyday. Lol. Thanks for the vid.

I was recently on a business trip and forgot to pack my Pre and Post JYM (a sin, I know) and, since I already have a shitload of Pre/Post in the pantry, I picked-up a Post JYM at GNC to use it for both my pre and post workout for the week. The only problem is the GYN only had All-Natural Lemon Lime and it tasted horrible...the only JYM product that was unpleasant tasting. Anyway, this combo should solve my woes of how I'm going to stomach the remainder down. Cheers.

Yeah I pretty much put a scoop of pre and post in my shaker and sip it through the workout.
