Honestly I take this as my pre most the time cause I don't need all the caffeine or stimulants. The gnarly tingles from the beta-alanine gives me all the boost I need 🤣

Jym, I have a question. What is your thought on mixing Postjym with Whey isolate + almond milk? One inconvenience I find is that Postjym requires approx. 500 ml of water. So if I wish to drink both Postjym and Whey after a workout that my stomach feels too ful because of too much liquid. So I come up with the idea if mixing Postjym with Whey isolate + almond milk. Let me hear your thought on this.

I must say, after trying numerous pre-workouts, Pre Jym is by far my favorite, but unfortunately I found that Post Jym made me feel insanely tired whenever I took it for some reason
